Matthew is based in London where he works with forward-thinking organisations and their next-generations, crafting strategies in succession & change-management and leadership & high performance organisational effectiveness – especially during periods of restructuring and inter generational change.


Matthew is Founder & CEO of Itriom, providing solutions and a global platform for Ultra High Net Worth Principals and their families to engage in unifying purpose, enduring legacy, and sustainable impact.

Formally International Development Director of the World’s largest brand consultancy, Inter- brand, he led the network across 22 countries including setting up partnerships and offices in Scandinavia, Southern Europe, Middle East, North Africa and India.

Previously Matthew held Director positions at Omnicom global agencies BBDO, Fleish- man-Hillard and Porter-Novelli for whom he established and managed their network across the Middle East and North Africa.

Matthew has extensive international strategic marketing and brand management consultancy experience advising governments and companies on brand and communications strategy – especially at the point of change on market entry, repositioning and restructuring.

He believes that the vital ingredients for any successful and sustainable organisation are built on the foundation of a well-defined set of shared values to create depth, a clear purpose to provide direction, and a focus on measurable impact to deliver a lasting legacy.

He is passionate about creating long-term growth not just short-term gain and in creating durable competitive advantages through a well-balanced marriage of focused strategic ambition and creative action.

Matthew was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, the Royal School of Military Engineering and University of Westminster Business School. Following graduation from Sandhurst, Matthew served for 6 years as a British Army officer.
